Position Summary:


This is a role within a new department in our organization that is experiencing explosive growth.  The role reports to the Associate Director of Business Intelligence. The role partners in the generation of actionable insights through advanced analytics.  It will also help in the development of sustainable, user friendly and automated solutions that provide analysis throughout the organization.  The Business Intelligence Analyst will be involved in supporting opportunities to propel efficiency and guide process and prioritization for all teams in the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop the structure and approach for analytics to drive execution by:

·        Collaborate in the production of key reports, dashboards, decision-optimization tools, and visualizations for each team within the organization, beginning with the operations teams to analyze current output to drive focus, efficiency, and future strategy (using Tableau, our proprietary systems, etc)

·        Partnering with the Associate Director to define and deploying how the descriptive and predictive analytics can affect the current business process and stay current on best practices in the field

·        Analyzing monthly our current approach to talent optimization, travel and expenses to identify opportunities to reduce expenses overall strategically

·        Understanding the current stakeholder’s business objectives and define what is most important to them and how they measure success. 

·        Assisting in the identification of potential needs for internal or external resources that could also help drive efficiencies with our business operating systems or process

·        Meeting deadlines of input from cross functional teams to deliver analytics as requested by management

·        Working independently


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4-year or advanced degree
  • 2 - 3 years of Industry experience in report development, business analytics, planning, data science or business intelligence including data warehousing, business intelligence tools, techniques and technologies
  • Able to identify and suggest strategy and/or process change using the data and be able to explain complicated or technical information in a simple way to a non-technical audience
  • Motivated to learn new proprietary systems of Winston required for execution of this job
  • Able to handle a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting new ideas in an organized and detailed manner
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with various levels of management
  • Must be nimble and agile with an ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Integrity, reliability, and possessing the ability to balance multiple projects/priorities
